Please know it is our goal to provide you with the best shopping experience, and we want you to LOVE your purchase! If an item you received is damaged or incorrect please immediately email for further assistance.


Items will be shipped within 3-10 business days after purchasing.

Sale / Promotion / Clearance Items

Clearance: Items marked Clearance are final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange.

Sale / Promotions: You will be refunded the price you paid for the sale item except with select promotions. For example, if you bought your items in a “Buy two get a third item for 20% off”, a returned item from that promotion would no longer qualify for the sale price. You will be charged full retail price for the two items kept. This will be adjusted in your refund. 

Returns / Exchanges

Gift cards are not eligible for a return.

Returned & Exchanged items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of your delivery date and also meet the below criteria.

To be eligible for a return & exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, tags attached if applicable and in the same condition that you received it.

If we receive your return and exchange after 14 days of your delivery date, unfortunately we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange and will send you an invoice to have it shipped back to you.

Meet the Above Criteria? Great! Follow these 3 Easy Steps!

  1. Reply to the order confirmation email so that a copy of your invoice is included in the email.
  2. In the email, let us know what item(s) you will be returning for a refund or exchanging and (if applicable) the new item(s)/sizes. Items must be of equal or lesser value of your returned item(s)
  3. Exchanging Step. Check online to make sure that item/size is available before requesting it. Once we confirm & notify you that item(s) is still available for you, you'll have 7 Business Days, from the time you're notified, to return your exchanged item(s). If you're item(s) are not returned in the time frame your requested item(s) will no longer be available for exchange.

Worry Free Sizing                                                                                                                                ** If exchanging the same item for a different size, we’ll ship the new size to you for free! **

Same Steps apply as above! Check to see if the size you want is available.

** SIDE NOTE: Free exchange shipping applies to once per item and you’ll be responsible for shipping cost of the returned product back to us.

Your Return / Exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days of us receiving it.

We suggest you put tracking on your shipment (and even insurance if you feel the need) as we are not responsible for lost or stolen returns / exchanges.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon request we can issue store credit for your return. You’ll receive an email with a code to use your credit at checkout.

Once your return is received and meets all the return requirements, you’ll receive an email once your refund has been processed. Refunds are processed 3-6 business days after we receive it.
